Clare Druett joined our service in 1996 after training with National Family Mediation. She joined the UK College of Family Mediators in 1997. She has been a practising solicitor locally and also is Legal Consultant to Somerset Family Mediation. Clare has experience in the fields of neighbourhood and Special Educational Needs mediation, as well as in consulting children. She is recognised as a mediator by the Legal Services Commission, and is the Practice Supervisor for the service.

Tanja Dodd completed her mediation training with National Family Mediation in 2004. Previously she had worked abroad for a number of years in organisational development and (workplace) conflict resolution. Her theoretical background is in psychology - she has a B.A. (Hons) and a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology. Tanja has also completed NFM’s training in direct consultation with children. Her interests focus on promoting positive adjustment to separation and divorce and to this end, she also Coaches individual clients to “get through” the process.
